Career overview
Jay achieved 1st class honours LLB in Law with Spanish from the University of Sussex.
He studied for a year at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, where he gained experience in Spanish Constitutional Law and Contract Law. Jay studied his LPC at the University of Law in Nottingham.
During his degree, he worked as a pro bono legal adviser at the University of Sussex Migration Law clinic, where he helped advise on asylum and leave to remain claims.
Outside the office
Jay enjoys learning languages, he speaks Spanish and French. He also enjoys cooking and playing guitar.
