Joined Ellisons
Samantha joined Ellisons in July 2015 as a Paralegal, and completed her training contract qualifying as a Solicitor in the family department in May 2018.
Samantha is currently on maternity leave.

Samantha’s focused areas of experience are:
- Complicated divorce and dissolution proceedings including effecting service and service outside of the jurisdiction of England and Wales
- Fact find procedure in Children Act 1989 proceedings including cases involving vulnerable witnesses, implacably hostile parents or parental alienation
Career overview
Prior to starting at Ellisons Samantha graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge with a First Class BA (Hons) Law Degree and a Higher Diploma in Paralegal Studies. Samantha then went on to achieve a distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Samantha is also a member of Resolution which is a national organisation of family justice professionals committed to non- confrontational and constructive resolution of disputes.

Samantha enjoys socialising with her friends and family, and is an avid foodie; enjoying cooking and visiting different restaurants. Samantha also enjoys long walks with her Australian Labradoodle.
