An Alternative to Court?

12 February 2019

The use of Arbitration to resolve family disputes is gradually gaining momentum as a  potentially more efficient means of settling family matters outside of court. Whether the dispute is over the financial aspects of a divorce or considerations as to the welfare of children, instructing an arbitrator to assist with reaching a fair outcome may be quicker and more cost-effective than settling the matter using the traditional court process.

For more information about Arbitration, please follow the link to Resolution’s information leaflet.

Alternatively, contact Ellisons Family Team on 01206 764477 or 01255 851000. We offer a fixed fee initial appointment for an hour for £150 (inc VAT) and a follow up letter of advice.
