Philip Roberts, Commercial Property partner and Stewart Nicholson, solicitor, have recently acted on behalf of local businessman, Brett Lord, in relation to the significant purchase of the White Hart public house on High Street, West Mersea.
The popular pub will be revitalised and turned into a boutique hotel and restaurant, which is expected to help further boost the tourist trade Mersea Island receives each year.
