Ellisons Solicitors recently acted in the acquisition of two sites for Backyard Cinema Ltd (“Backyard”). Backyard launched nearly a decade ago and offers customers an immersive and magical experience to enjoy their favourite films. 2022 was a year in which Backyard went from strength to strength opening new sites in Wandsworth and Depot Mayfield in Manchester.
