As the travel industry began to recover from the pandemic Ellisons were delighted to receive the good news from longstanding client Gray Dawes Group (“Gray Dawes”) that they planned to continue with their expansion by way of another acquisition.
This most recent acquisition sees Gray Dawes take ownership of the business of Ventur Travel Limited, a travel management company based in Edinburgh and Leeds, as well as Ventur Luxury Travel Limited, a specialised leisure division, based in Harrogate.
Paul Forsyth, Partner and Head of the Corporate and Commercial team led on the deal assisted by Solicitors, David Heller and Adam Kanharn (Corporate).
