Ellisons Solicitors were delighted to be instructed by local developer Earlswood Holdings (Colchester) Limited, to sell the 80 flats on Berechurch Road, Colchester. Earlswood Holdings, supported by Ellisons, acquired the four blocks of flats in 2020 and set to work on the rejuvenation creating 80 modern flats for the local area, close to the army barracks.
Rachael Watts, Solicitor and Daniel Marigold, Paralegal, worked closely with Earlswood Holdings (Colchester) Limited to ensure the successful sale of all 80 homes by 20 April 2022. The scheme with benefits such as allocated parking and an outdoor gym has given a new lease of life to the area.
