Ellisons are delighted to be sponsoring twins, Edward and Bertie Mortimer, in their quest to play Hockey for Team GB at the 2016 Olympics in Rio!
Edward and Bertie, who are just 16 years old, have gone from complete novices to tournament winners in just a few short years and their aim is to play at the Olympics in three years’ time.
Their quest for success is an expensive one and hence they have been securing sponsorship over the last few months.
Ellisons contributed 200 to their fund, which overall will pay for their kit, travel, accommodation and all match fees.
Kevin Wilsher, Managing Partner at Ellisons, said: ‘‘I was very interested to hear about Edward and Bertie’s success in the sport, whilst also studying for their A levels. We were pleased to be able to sponsor them and contribute to the future sportsmen of the Olympics.’’
