Exactly one year to the day after Gray Dawes’ previous acquisitions of Travel Management Group Plc and Cambridge Business Travel, Ellisons’ Corporate and Commercial team were delighted to advise on the completion of a third acquisition, this time Gray Dawes acquired CTM from its parent company, P&P Group, for an undisclosed sum.

The team at Ellisons comprised of Partners Paul Forsyth and Julian Outen, Associate Solicitor Susan Ryan and Solicitors David Heller and Christopher Harvey.
