Corporate and Commercial Legal Services

Our pragmatic team of Corporate and Commercial lawyers offer experience and creativity. We provide a friendly, co-operative and practical service which always looks after the best interests of our clients. Several of our lawyers have previously worked for City firms and our experience tells us the issues that really matter and, significantly, those issues that do not.

We are continually involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions which means that our team are always up to date with the latest market practice and are used to managing the varying demands of these transactions.

We believe it is fundamental for you, our client, to be able to trust us to best represent your interests. We will always take the time at the outset to discuss your objectives and concerns. We strive to establish a good relationship with you, where you can feel comfortable knowing who your main point of contact is, someone who you can approach, who answers the phone, returns your emails and understands how your business works. We are very proud of the fact that we have been advising many of our clients in connection with their business needs for a number of years.

Not only can Ellisons’ Corporate and Commercial team draw upon the support of each of Ellisons’ specialist departments, our clients also benefit from our strong links with local banks, corporate finance advisers, accountants and brokers. In addition, Ellisons are members of the Alliott Global Alliance; a worldwide network of independent professional firms – our clients are also able to obtain advice to meet their international legal and business needs in whichever jurisdiction they arise.
