Practical advice

When making an application for adverse possession it is important that the documentation that forms the application is drafted correctly.

Land and property are extremely valuable and as such it is vital that the application goes through without issue.

Instructing Ellisons in an adverse possession claim will allow you to get the correct advice on the process and the information required for the application.

Once the land has been owned for a sufficient period of time under a possessory title, we can even apply to HM Land Registry for an upgrade in the title to ensure that it is listed as yours absolutely and is not open to claims of alternative ownership.
