All of our family solicitors offer a free exploratory call, so that they can fully understand the details of your case and work out who the best solicitor is in our team to assist you moving forward. After the free exploratory call, the next step is to attend a fixed fee meeting with your family solicitor (for up to an hour) at a time and date convenient to you. If you’d like to meet with our family solicitors in person, you’re more than welcome to visit our Frinton office. This is your opportunity to provide as much information as possible to your family solicitor which will allow us to discuss and advise you on the best approach for your case.
Our family solicitors are based in Frinton-on-Sea, giving them a unique understanding of the local area and the family challenges that can arise. They also have access to a network of over 300 colleagues across Essex and Suffolk, opening up the opportunity for collaboration with other experts to assist you with the resolution of your case.
We’ve been working with families for 260 years, and have developed an understanding and compassionate approach to family law which puts yours and your children’s interests first. Our team will always try to achieve a resolution without the need to issue court proceedings. We are hugely proud that all of our solicitors in the family team are members of Resolution, which shows our ongoing commitment to dealing with all matters, amicably and constructively so that the best resolution can be reached for you and your family.
