Having worked at Ellisons since 1994, Lee Pearce has built up considerable experience in various aspects of commercial and residential property resolution, working with a broad range of clients in personal dispute resolution. Lee’s areas of specialism include landlord and tenant disputes around lease renewals, disrepair claims, possession claims, covenant breaches, and insolvency related issues. Lee also brings a wealth of knowledge in contractual issues and property related professional negligence. Highly experienced in the arena of higher court and county court litigation, tribunals and adjudications, Lee is a member of the Property Litigation Association, a professional association of property litigation specialists, and has an excellent reputation for his skills in alternative dispute resolution including expert determination and mediation.
Joe has been a Property Litigation Solicitor at Ellisons since 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2020. With more than 10 years of experience in varying areas of legal work within commercial and residential property, Joe has a network of clients that include numerous portfolio owners, property investment companies and individuals. Joe has a history of representing these clients in court proceedings, with particular specialism in residential block management services, commercial estate management, claims to recover possession of property from trespassers and recovery of unpaid sums from tenants. As a member of both the Property Litigation Association, a professional association of property litigation specialists, and the Building Safety Team, which advises freeholders, block managers, leaseholders and construction professionals about building and fire safety issues, Joe is at the cutting edge of the latest issues within the sector of Property Litigation.
