Ed joined Ellisons on 1st April, following the merger with Blocks Solicitors and specialises in a wide range of commercial work.
Ed has over seven years’ experience working as a commercial lawyer, both in-house and in law firms. He specialises in commercial contracts and regularly advises on, procurement law, intellectual property, out-sourcing data protection and technology matters.
In addition, Ed has a broad understanding of the utility industry and has advised on matters ranging from civil engineering framework contracts to multi-million-pound joint ventures, outsourcing projects and district heat contracts.
Ed will provide you with sound commercial legal advice and believes in a strategic approach to achieve the best commercial goals for clients.
Outside work Ed is a self-confessed foodie and enjoys sampling real ale or a good glass of red wine. When not doing that, he is kept busy by his very enthusiastic chocolate lab, Phoebe.
